We believe that complaints are a unique opportunity for us to strengthen our relationship with our customers. At MUA, we are committed to handling your complaint in a fair and objective way. 
 

HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT 

Send an email to customercare@mua.rw with as much detail as possible: -  

  • The nature of complaint.  
  • Summary of the main facts.
  • Dates of occurrence/(s). 
  • Insurance Policy No. (where applicable). 
  • Name of Insured / policy holder. 
  • Name of complainant.
  • Address & contact number. 
  • Other relevant details and supporting documents, where appropriate.
